Bruce Rastetter

Chief Executive Officer

Prior to joining Hawkeye, Bruce was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Heartland Pork located in Alden, Iowa. Bruce is a graduate of the University of Iowa.

J.D. Schlieman

President

Prior to joining Hawkeye, J.D. spent 10 years at Heartland Pork, located in Alden, Iowa, most recently as their Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Heartland Pork J.D. served as an agricultural lender within the Farm Credit System and for Grundy State Bank, J.D. is a graduate of Iowa State University.

Michael J. Sticklen

Chief Operating Officer

Michael joined Hawkeye in September 2006 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the Hawkeye, Mr. Sticklen worked for DuPont Dow Elastomers L.L.C. as Vice-President of Operations from 1999 to 2005, where he had responsibility for safety and environment, procurement, logistics, engineering and ten manufacturing sites in the US and Europe with over 800 employees. In 2005, he joined The Dow Chemical Company as Program Director with overall project management responsibility for a major grass-roots petrochemical complex in the Middle-East. Mr. Sticklen has over 30-years experience with Dow and DuPont Dow in manufacturing and engineering. He graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Queensland, Australia.

Tim Callahan

Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining Hawkeye, Tim worked in the investment banking department at Credit Suisse in New York, at Fredericks Michael & Co., a cross-border merger advisory firm, and at Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Callahan has experience in energy-related mergers and acquisitions and project finance. He earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Mr. Callahan is also responsible for Hawkeye's business development activities.

Martin A. Lyons

Chief Commercial Officer

Marty has most recently served as Senior Vice President in charge of Archer Daniel Midland's ethanol, corn processing and sweeteners businesses. Marty has over twenty-eight years of sales, marketing, strategic planning, and regulatory management experience and helped pioneer the fuel ethanol additive business in the energy industry. Marty has a BS from Clemson University and an MBA from Illinois State University.

Robin Sampson

Merchandiser

Robin has over 15 years of merchandising and risk management experience in the agricultural industry with firms such as Cargill and most recently Heartland Pork. Robin is a graduate of Michigan State University.

Donovan Prinsloo

VP, Manufacturing & Technology

Donovan has over 18 years of process management experience including positions in the chemical, yeast manufacturing and edible oil crushing, extraction and refining industries. He has a Chemical Engineering degree from KwaZulu-Natal Technikon in Durban, South Africa.
